I am busy, so e-mail is the best way to reach me - I have it open for 99% of my waking hours
This is not a free advice column - I’m happy to e-mail the odd helpful hint here or there, but that’s what the forums are really for
I keep detailed records of correspondance with people - this helps keep me on track
Time-of-day doesn’t really matter with e-mail
